At Crafts3D Wholesale, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of wholesale orders.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Items must be free from damage, wear, or any modifications
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at wholesale@crafts3d.com with your order number
  2. Provide a reason for the return and photos if applicable
  3. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
  4. Package the items securely with the RA number clearly marked
  5. Ship the items to the address provided by our team

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at wholesale@crafts3d.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
