Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Please inspect all packages upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours of receipt.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to address issues, refusal to accept, or failure to collect from a carrier location, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
